We understand that choosing the right program for your loved one also means understanding how services are funded. At Pineapple Village, we strive to be transparent, flexible, and supportive as families navigate their payment options.
Our goal is to help families focus on finding the right fit — not to make the process feel overwhelming.
How Our Services Are Funded
Pineapple Village is a private provider, which allows us to offer a more personalized, flexible, and community-focused experience than many traditional programs. Because of this model, services are funded through a combination of private pay and approved funding sources.
Accepted Payment Options
We currently accept the following:
- Private Pay
Families may choose to pay directly for services.
- NOW/COMP Waivers (Participant-Directed Services)
Pineapple Village works with individuals who use NOW/COMP waivers under participant-directed services. Families may choose Pineapple Village as their provider while maintaining control over services and supports.
- Third-Party Funding Partners
We partner with select organizations that support individuals with developmental disabilities, including:- Bobby Dodd Institute
- InCommunity
Using NOW/COMP Participant-Directed Services
For families using NOW/COMP waivers, Pineapple Village can serve as a participant-direct provider. This model allows families to direct services based on their loved one’s needs while working with trusted providers.
